Discontinue use if hypersensitivity & paradoxical bronchospasm occurs. Not to be used in acute episodes of bronchospasm ie, rescue therapy. Narrow-angle glaucoma or urinary retention; unstable ischaemic heart disease, left ventricular failure, history of MI & long QT syndrome, arrhythmia (excluding stable atrial fibrillation). Galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Severe renal impairment or ESRD requiring dialysis. Pregnancy & lactation. Not to be used in childn <18 yr.
